The first five (5) staffing agencies to express interest, successfully, get to supply talent. You can communicate directly with a client.
Supply candidate/s via the Mema website. If you make a placement, Mema will invoice a client and pay you your income!
Express interest by submitting your pitch to the client and wait to be approved.
A client attracts a maximum of 10 bidders and approves few agencies (4 max)!
If your bid (engagement request) is approved based on your pitch and profile, a client will reveal its identity to you.
COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH CLIENTS
You can communicate directly with employers using Mema's built-in messaging system. An employer, on the other hand, can communicate with you using our messaging system, via e-mail or telephonically.
Your commission
When a client posts a job, it sets a Placement Fee it's willing to pay. If you make a placement, Mema will invoice the client and pay you a large share of the income. Plus Mema incentivises clients to hire fast and pay well.
