Mema helps companies work with employment agencies better to fill permanent/contract vacancies.
TWO TYPES OF SUPPLIERS
Inside Mema, an employer may engage one of the following types of recruitment suppliers or both types alternately:
- Marketplace Recruiters - An employer's (Mema client's) non-preferred recruitment firms that are available in the marketplace.
- PSL Recruiters - Mema-registered recruitment agencies that are part of an employer's Preferred Supplier List (PSL) or Vendor List.
Important to note: Marketplace Recruiters cannot work on jobs that are intended for PSL Recruiters and vice versa!
HOW TO WORK WITH MARKETPLACE RECRUITERS
There are TWO ways of engaging Markeplace Recruiters on the Mema website:
1. Any Vendor (work with any Recruiter on a first-come-first-served basis) or 2. Invite Bidders (work with Recruiters you select)

The first six Recruiters that express interest will know your company’s name and supply candidates.

Interested Recruiters (10 maximum) will ask to help you out by submitting their profiles and sales pitch

You can limit the number of CVs you want to receive by blocking further CV submissions.

Approve, and your company’s details will be revealed to, few Recruiters (4 maximum) that you wish to work with

HOW TO WORK WITH PSL RECRUITERS
Inside Mema you can create your own PSL (Preferred Supplier List) by promoting Marketplace Recruiters that impress you and/or bringing your preferred recruitment agencies that may not be on the Mema website.

ENGAGE CREDIBLE RECRUITERS!
Recruitment agencies that sign up on the Mema website are registered with the Department of Labour in South Africa, as Private Employment Agencies and most of them are APSO members. So, you’re guaranteed to work with reputable recruitment firms!
POST-HIRE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Mema offers a Money-Back Guarantee Period of up three months from the start date of employment. So. if you terminate your new hire's employment within the Guarantee Period, Mema will refund your company unless you can find a suitable replacement through Mema's novel and flexible candidate replacement support system.
